MEMBERSHIP FEES
Employers who enroll 5 or more employees receive a discounted monthly membership fee of $60/month per employee, regardless of age.
If you have 4 or fewer employees, our standard age-based pricing applies:
$60/month for ages 18-44
$80/month for ages 45-64
$100/month for ages 65+
